Specialty Ranges
Subterranean Complex
The sub-t range is a 190-foot-long subterranean tunnel complex constructed from Ballistic Concrete, a material known for its durability and ability to withstand live-fire exercises. The layout is a “zig-zag” configuration, featuring multiple rooms and entry points. This design replicates underground environments such as bunkers, tunnels, or confined urban spaces such as parking garages, providing a realistic setting for training in close-quarters combat (CQB) and subterranean operations.
Combat Alley
Combat Alley features a 270° berm downrange, which provides a wide arc of safe shooting angles. This unique configuration allows shooters to change direction during training exercises, mimicking the unpredictable nature of urban or village combat scenarios. The “village-style” aspect includes structures, facades, or obstacles that replicate a small settlement, enhancing the realism of tactical engagements.
Combat Alley is a standout feature at The Council, providing a versatile and realistic training ground for dynamic firearms and tactical exercises. Its combination of range length, directional flexibility, and village-like setting makes it a key asset for preparing individuals or teams for complex, real-world situations.
